If you’re like me, then you think there’s nothing better than Black Friday. I don’t know what it is – maybe it was growing up so close to a major mall or just the love of getting presents for friends and family – but I just absolutely love Black Friday.

I know what you’re thinking: “It’s crowded.” “You can’t find parking.” “I don’t like waiting in line.” Those are all viable excuses – but nothing beats the rush of those early bird specials, one day only sales, special coupons – sigh, I think I must be a shop-o-holic!

Well, if you’re looking for Crocs™ shoes – use our handy locator and they’ll tell you the nearest retail location to buy them. Or, if you’re in a city with one of our new Crocs™ stores – like the one that just opened up in Panama City, Fl – go check them out.

Here are a few pictures from the Crocs™ stores in Boston (Faneuil Hall) and New York (Columbus Circle):

The office is emptying out as people catch flights to their hometowns, head to their houses to start prepping for large meals with family and friends, or drive up to the mountains for a Turkey Day retreat. Personally, I will be spending Thanksgiving amongst some great friends here in Boulder. It’s a pot luck dinner – and if you watch the video below courtesy of the Minimalist Mark Bittman, you can see what I’ll be bringing to the dinner table on Thursday!

Looks delicious right? I sure hope it is! From everyone here at Crocs, Inc – have a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

Another great story from a family of Crocs™ shoes converts!

Our family was pretty much dragged kicking and screaming into the Croc[s] scene, friends of friends you know. Everyone kept telling us how wonderful they were and how once we tried them, we would love them. Well let me tell you how much we loved them, we are buying more! From the moment we put them on; it became an instant love affair with comfort. The detail on the Jibbitz charms are amazing, and can easily become addicting with so many themes to choose from. Enclosed is a picture of our now Cool Croc[s] Family.

Thanks Crocs,

My name is Ben B. and I am the Internal Mail Center Shipping Coordinator for the Crocs, Inc. headquarters in Niwot, Colorado – and I want to tell you the story of my first pair of Crocs™ shoes. I’m an avid sports fan and a Chicago transplant that moved out here to attend the University of Colorado-Boulder where I earned my degree in History with a minor in Political Science.

The story of my first pair of Crocs shoes is closely tied to the passions in my life.  I love sports – especially college basketball. I love my alma mater, the University of Colorado. I love being comfortable, and, of course, I love to try free stuff.

Being an out-of-state kid at CU can be somewhat daunting, but I was able to ease in with the help of 200 instant friends – the Golden Buffalo Marching and Buff Basketball Bands at CU.   I played the Tuba and loved every minute I spent with the bands.  During my Sophomore year –  Men’s basketball was the highlight.  We were a decent team coming off of a tournament appearance the previous year, and I was so excited to be a part of the atmosphere that I would show up an hour earlier than required on game days.  One particular day, as my fellow band members were trickling in, we learned that as a promotion the first 500 students would be receiving free CU Crocs™ shoes.

This week’s Photo Friday is one of my favorites – but that’s just because I love being near water. Standing on the shoreline, the woman in the photo is wearing a pair of Black Celeste Canvas Crocs™ shoes. A favorite of a lot of people here in the Crocs, Inc. offices, this shoe is perfect as we transition from autumn to cooler winter temperatures.

Have a great weekend!

Now that the weather is FINALLY getting cold here in Colorado (I am ready for some snow in the mountains), I want to share with you some winter Crocs™ shoes for the whole family!
